so we get an inspection on this house, and along the way an older man walks up lookin to sell his crib. next thing you know our realtor is talkin and figurin things out. so it comes to today, and we were puttin the mojo on this thing - cuz our inspection was a lil hairy, and it looks like the appraisal might not go - ok ok ...so major mojo to be able to check this house out and we get the call. we slip over and this place is so nice. an vietnam vet, navy, who has had his fair share of issues is living in it. dun a ton of work on the place and we were pretty blown away. it would be goin from a 3/2 to a 2/2. so that mean i gotta convert the garage for my office. but we will be picking up a ton of extra living space and a private back yard. whew! things are crazy. thanks everyone for spinnin good mojo. now we gotta sleep on this and get up with the good juice in the mornin'. peace y'all.
