so the appraisal came back on the house at full sale price. wonderful. inspection is tommorow. sometimes our realtor doesnt listen, therefore he/she thought it was today. pay attention people. things are lookin good regarding this house. i am anxious to start truly diggin into things that can be done to improve the entire package. my vietnam vet has left us a pretty killer slate to add to. thank you.
